Please Note: Custom orders can only be canceled within 24 hours before production begins. After this period, no changes or cancellations are possible.
Personalized sets are non-refundable. However, if your set arrives defective, we accept returns for defective products only. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage for us to initiate a replacement or refund.We will promptly replace the defective set at no additional cost to you.
Non-personalized items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unused and in original condition. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.

Yes, of course, you can get a free layout with your engraving text!
Email us your text and the font number you chose at info@elenahonch.com and our designer will make a free rendering. Or you can enter your email in the form below and we will contact you.
You will receive a layout within 24 hours of receiving your e-mail.
2. Is the laser engraving long-lasting?
We guarantee the quality, durability, and longevity of each piece!
For personalization, we use high-tech equipment that makes glass micro destruction. After engraving, we apply a contrast that gives color to the text.
Please note! We do not use stickers, we apply laser engraving.
3. What can be the color of the engraving?
Engraving can be Ivory, Silver, Gold, Rose & Gold.
You can be sure that the engraving will remain on the set forever, and you will enjoy it for decades. Custom engraving already done on the item cannot be erased or changed.

4. What materials do we use to make custom sets?
For 9 years of experience, we have selected the best materials.
We use crystal glasses, cake sets with a sturdy handle and mirrored metal, non-toxic acrylic paint and crystal rhinestones. We lay out the designs with the latest generation glue that has better properties.
Our designs are unique, and confirmed by the U.S. Congress.
5. How do we package the personalized sets?
We pack each glass, and cake knife set separately in bubble wrap. For our packaging, we only use high-quality materials that are strong, durable, and can withstand harsh transportation conditions.
