Shipping Information

We offer targeted delivery by courier directly to your door for your convenience.

Please Note: Custom orders can only be canceled within 24 hours before production begins. After this period, no changes or cancellations are possible.

Personalized sets are non-refundable. However, if your set arrives defective, we accept returns for defective products only. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage for us to initiate a replacement or refund.We will promptly replace the defective set at no additional cost to you. 

Non-personalized items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unused and in original condition. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.

We use UPS and FedEx delivery services to ensure your order reaches you securely.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Here’s how to track your order:
