After shipping the order we will sent the tracking number by email.
Go to UPS or FedEx website. >Paste your tracking number from the email you got from info@elenahonch.com. If you haven't received the email, please check your spam. If the letter is nowhere to be found our support manager will happy to help on the email info@elenahonch.com or on our website.
>On the home page enter the tracking number and hit the ‚Track’ button.

We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs charges you may incur.
Depending on the state and country, apply different taxes. You can find out about an additional fee by contacting the local brokerage department or by calling the carrier's local number.
