Return Policy
Return policy for orders without personalization
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalized wedding set with laser engraving. We also do not accept returns for custom orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Traditionally used at weddings to hold wedding rings during the ceremony. The ring bearer, a young child who is a close friend or family member of the couple, usually carries a pillow down the aisle. The pillow is completely handmade in rose gold color and decorated with ribbon and sequins to add sparkle to your celebration. The size 20x20.

Engraving
1. How can I get a layout before engraving?
Yes, of course, you can get a layout with your engraving text. To receive a layout, you need to write to us by e-mail info@elenahonch.com and designer will make a free rendering. You will receive a layout with your text within 24 hours of receiving your e-mail.
2. Can I make a custom design?
Yes, of course, we are open to new ideas and regularly turn customers ideas into reality. Therefore, if you have a monogram, logo or any other image/text that you want to engrave on your set - write to us by e-mail info@elenahonch.com. We will consult you and make your custom order.
3. What will happen to the engraving over time and is it long-lasting?
For applying engraving, we use high-tech equipment that makes glass microdestruction. Also, after engraving, we apply a contrast that gives color to the engraving.
You can be sure that the engraving will remain on the set forever and you will enjoy it for decades.
Please,note that we don’t use stickers.
4. What can be the color of the engraving?
Engraving can be gold, silver, rose gold and ivory.
5. Can the finished engraving be changed?
Unfortunately, the engraving already done on the item cannot be erased or changed.
Please, check your text for engraving before sending it to us.
Production and delivery terms
1. What are the terms of production of a set with laser engraving?
The production time set with laser engraving takes 5-9 business days, the delivery time for the USA is 7-14 days.
Please, note that personalized sets are non-refundable.
2. Can I get the set sooner than 7-12 days?
Yes, of course, we have a priority production service within 1-3 business days and an expedited service within 5-7 business days. You can choose the priority production service during the checkout process.
Also, please note that there are no customs fees for the US. For other countries in accordance with the law.
Packaging and transportation
1. How do you pack the sets?
First of all, we take great care to ensure that the packaging is secure. For this, we created a branded gift box for transportation. In addition, we package each item separately for added security.
2. Will the set be replaced if it arrives broken or damaged?
99.7% of our orders arrive intact and in their best condition, but unfortunately we cannot control the performance of the delivery service.
In any case, if you receive a damaged or broken set, please notify us as soon as possible ( info@elenahonch.com). We will make a new set for you free of charge.
3. What shipping service do we use for shipping?
We deliver by UPS service. Shipping of sets without personalization (catalog link) ships from a warehouse in Florida.
As for sets with personalization, we make them in our workshop in Ukraine. Delivery from Ukraine by UPS service takes 10-14 business days.
We also ship to Canada, Europe, Australia and other countries.
Care and storage
1.How to take care of the set properly?
We send each set complete with care and storage instructions. We recommend that you treat each element of the set with care and read the instructions so that the set will serve you for many years.
Please, note that in any case, the set cannot be washed in the dishwasher.

1. What materials do we use to make sets?
For 8 years of experience, we have selected the best materials for our sets. We use crystal glasses, cake sets with a sturdy handle and mirrored metal, non-toxic acrylic paint and crystal rhinestones.
In addition, we glue crystal rhinestones with the latest generation glue, which has better properties. We glue them according to a unique technology and a crystal insert for the best result.

Must be returned/exchanged within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Item(s) must be unused and undamaged. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Once we receive the item(s) back to our facility, a refund less the original shipping cost will be processed.

PERSONALIZED/CUSTOM ITEMS
ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.
You can cancel the order only within the first 24 hours until the order has started to be manufactured. Due to the custom nature of our items. Once production is in progress, orders cannot be changed or canceled. Custom orders can only be canceled within 24 hours before production begins. After this period, no changes or cancellations are possible.
Custom items are non-refundable. If there are any discrepancies with your order please contact us immediately with photos of the damage for us to initiate a replacement or refund. Non-personalized items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unused and in original condition.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the Item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we may file a claim with the corresponding shipping service. We will get new a item(s) sent out right away for you. Please hold onto the damaged item(s) and packaging in case the shipping provider requires a pick up for further inspection.
All orders will be checked & packaged carefully to ensure safe transportation. If there are any discrepancies upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately.
Replacement items will be sent using the same shipping method if your order requires expediting, there will be an additional fee.
Please confirm the address entered at checkout or on PayPal matches your shipping address, as that will be the address we ship to. Additional charges due to insufficient address or return shipments will be billed to the buyer.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you have received an item that appears to be defective, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the defect, and we will advise on replacement options.
For defective & damaged items:
Replacements will be processed with our standard production time. If your order requires expedited production and/or shipping, an additional fee will apply:
