Return policy for orders without personalization

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Handmade items require special care and storage. If you want the set to please you as long as possible, we recommend storing it in the original gift box in which you received the order.

In addition, after every use of the set, be sure to rinse the inside of the flutes and a blade of a knife with cold water and wipe with a dry paper towel.
